Worker safety
Fire alarms, fire extinguishers, exhaust systems and temperature controllers are installed.
Medical centre
A doctor runs an in-house first-aid centre, and workers are treated free of cost.
Transport
Free pick-up and drop-off transport is provided for our workers.
Bonus & overtime
All salaried workers receive overtime pay and a yearly bonus.
Training
Management and production staff are trained by professional trainers with MBA and master’s degrees in their fields.
Organised from order to delivery
Production plan
Once an order is confirmed, our production department plans every step around the delivery date and assigns a reference number to all related production forms.
Traceability
The reference number lets us see the position of each order at any stage of production, which helps us control quality.
Stock management
Every stock item is tagged with a material code and recorded in both a stock register and a computer inventory system.
