We ship worldwide from our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- A flat rate of $40 applies to orders under $100.
The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
We keep stock of our standard models in the usual sizes, so in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom, OEM and private-label orders are dispatched within the lead time agreed in your quote.
Delivery time
Orders are sent door to door by express courier or air cargo. Most international orders arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we can re-send it once the additional shipping cost is paid.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
